Your Contribution

As a Senior Software Product Manager at Axon, you will be at the forefront of defining and delivering groundbreaking software products that revolutionize the operations of public safety and justice organizations. Collaborating with engineering, design, go-to-market, and customer success teams, you will deliver high-quality, user-focused solutions that address real-world challenges.

We seek a seasoned product manager who excels in transforming ambiguity into clarity, navigating between immediate achievements and long-term aspirations, while fostering alignment among stakeholders with varied perspectives. In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence key product domains, from initial ideation to execution and growth.

Role Overview

Location: This position is based in our Atlanta, GA Office and adheres to a hybrid working model. Team members are expected to work onsite from Tuesday to Friday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays unless a workplace accommodation has been approved. We believe that collaboration ignites innovation, and our in-office culture is crafted to promote impactful teamwork, mentorship, and collective success.

  • Define and uphold the vision, strategy, and roadmap for designated software product areas.
  • Convert customer needs and market insights into actionable product requirements and user stories.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to create software features that enhance user outcomes.
  • Assist in prioritization decisions by evaluating scope, usability, performance, and delivery timelines.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback, product usage metrics, and market trends to steer product direction.
  • Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders throughout the organization succinctly.
  • Track product performance and advocate for enhancements.
