Your Impact
As the Senior Product Operations Manager at Dedrone, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every product, both new and existing, is operationally prepared for deployment. You will spearhead processes that connect Product and Engineering with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Support, and Partners, ensuring that our products are reliably manufactured, implemented, maintained, and serviced. From developing Operational Readiness Plans for new product launches to managing RMA processes and resolving field issues, you will be the key accountable figure for operational excellence across Dedrone's hardware, software, and third-party product portfolio. This is a vital position in a business that has seen exponential growth since 2023 while managing a complex product range.
