Join our dynamic Project Management team within the Consumer division at enero as a Senior Digital Project Manager. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the delivery of key digital projects for our prominent Consumer clients.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Account, UX, Creative, Data, and Technical Delivery, to ensure complex digital projects are executed effectively, within time and budget constraints, while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

You will strike a balance between hands-on project delivery and mentoring junior project managers, all while seeking to enhance operational efficiencies and support both client and agency growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the successful delivery of significant digital projects including the development of new websites, applications, and intricate digital marketing campaigns, as well as the optimization and maintenance of existing digital platforms across various channels.
Engage with clients to accurately gather technical and business requirements, defining project scopes and providing strategic recommendations for optimal technical solutions.
Work collaboratively with internal teams, technical, creative, and UX, to develop innovative, scalable, and effective solutions that align with client expectations.
Generate detailed project estimates and technical solutions in cooperation with UX, development, and creative leads to ensure alignment with technical standards.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, risk management plans, and training materials.
Convert intricate business and technical requirements into actionable Epics and User Stories, prioritizing backlog items to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Facilitate scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring adherence to agile best practices and team productivity.
Maintain transparency regarding project risks, resource planning, and budget considerations; effectively communicate technical challenges and solutions to stakeholders across all levels.
Manage project budgets and resource allocation using tools like Workbook.
Ensure robust testing and quality assurance processes are in place, coordinating closely with teams to validate project outcomes.
