This Senior Quality Engineer role focuses on risk-based, context-driven testing for DNSFilter’s endpoint software. The position supports both Windows and macOS clients, with a goal of improving security and reliability for users worldwide.

This is a fully remote or hybrid position, with working hours aligned to Eastern Time. Candidates near Westchase, Florida are preferred. The role suits those comfortable in a high-growth SaaS startup, ready to adapt and contribute to a collaborative, results-driven team.

What you will do

  • Analyze product features and integration points to identify risks.
  • Work through complex technical problems.
  • Experiment, test, and validate assumptions to support conclusions.
  • Independently plan, estimate, and deliver moderate to large solutions.
  • Identify initial risks for large projects.
  • Test features from early development through end-to-end implementation.
  • Triage, troubleshoot, and debug issues reported internally or by users on endpoint devices.
  • Write clear, actionable bug reports and supporting documentation.
