Lightspeed is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our dynamic global team, supporting our international business endeavors. In this pivotal role, you will analyze and optimize operational data to provide timely and accurate insights that facilitate informed decision-making. Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, you will align insights, enhance processes, and strengthen our revenue operations. Your Responsibilities:
Extract, analyze, and interpret data from CRM systems, marketing platforms, and other sources to identify trends and key performance indicators (KPIs), translating insights into actionable recommendations.
Develop and maintain scalable dashboards and reports to effectively communicate insights to leadership and cross-functional teams.
Monitor and analyze key sales metrics and funnel performance to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement in conversion and overall performance.
Create and maintain accurate revenue forecasts utilizing historical data, pipeline health, and market trends.
Explore and implement AI-driven tools and automation to enhance efficiency and scale revenue operations processes.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align insights, improve processes, and drive operational excellence.
Identify and execute process improvements, including automation and workflow enhancements to increase efficiency and scalability.
What You Need to Succeed:
We are looking for candidates with experience in the following areas:
Strong business acumen with the capability to translate business needs into data and reporting requirements.
Experience with Looker or similar BI tools to build scalable dashboards and reports.
Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights and narratives.
Extensive experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems, focusing on data structures, reporting, and data integrity.
Experience in supporting revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and planning processes.
