Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and motivated Senior Analyst, Sales Compensation to join our dynamic team at EDB. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Sales Compensation located in the USA, you will play an integral role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of EDB's incentive compensation process. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, strong analytical capabilities, and a commitment to process improvement while thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer global sales compensation plans on a daily basis.
  • Collaborate closely with team members across Sales, Revenue Operations, and Finance.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on compensation systems (Salesforce SPIFF) and act as the primary point of contact for inquiries and dispute resolutions.
