About the Role
As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will take charge of conducting product demonstrations and proof of concepts, encompassing the collection of success criteria, system configuration, administrative training, user training, and troubleshooting. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives to pinpoint crucial customer requirements and deliver Dialpad solutions that fulfill those needs. A comprehensive understanding of Dialpad's products and services is essential, as you will need to communicate this knowledge effectively to non-technical clients.
This position reports to the Senior Manager of Sales Engineering, with preferred working hours tailored to the location of the Enterprise Sales team being supported.
