Your Mission
Engine is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager, Account Executive to lead a team of motivated sales professionals. This individual will be pivotal in shaping the success of our sales team, particularly for those early in their careers. The ideal candidate is passionate about nurturing young talent, cultivating a culture of accountability, and driving measurable outcomes through hands-on coaching, data analysis, and performance management.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Team Leadership and Development: Inspire, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives to surpass sales objectives through impactful coaching, motivation, and skill enhancement. Create a collaborative, high-performance culture by initiating team-building activities, recognition programs, and accountability-focused incentives.
- Performance Management and Coaching: Establish clear performance objectives and metrics while utilizing data and one-on-one meetings to monitor progress and offer constructive feedback. Address performance challenges promptly and effectively, employing a data-driven approach to foster continuous improvement.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Leverage sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team performance and modify strategies as necessary. Oversee daily operations to ensure optimal team productivity.
