Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Energy Systems, or a related discipline. At least 10 years of experience within the Power Conditioning System, battery energy storage system, or energy sector, with a proven leadership track record. A strong history of successful business development and sales, especially in the converter/inverter, BESS industry, or renewable energy sector. Deep understanding of BESS converter/inverter functionality and power systems, coupled with strong commercial sales acumen, preferably in the renewable energy/BESS industry. Extensive technical expertise in power electronics, system modeling, and performance optimization. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and market dynamics in energy storage. Exceptional leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills. Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.

In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the strategy, development, and implementation of state-of-the-art energy storage solutions. Collaborating across various teams, you will enhance product offerings, optimize system performance, and drive growth in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute a strategic roadmap for PCS solutions that align with company objectives.
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of PCS technologies, including converters/inverters, battery storage, hybrid solutions, and grid integration.
  • Conduct technical and commercial feasibility studies for new projects, ensuring successful implementation.
  • Work closely with R&D, engineering, and product teams to improve system efficiency and reliability.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with stakeholders such as utilities, developers, regulatory bodies, and technology providers.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and sustainability goals.
  • Drive innovation by analyzing emerging technologies, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing team of engineers and specialists.
  • Support business development initiatives by offering technical expertise and identifying market opportunities.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of the PCS division.
