What you will do
- Oversee vulnerability management and implement security controls that meet NIST and SOC2 standards
- Lead incident and change management processes
- Develop, maintain, and deploy production software and tools
- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure and AWS
- Maintain system observability with telemetry tools like New Relic and Dynatrace, including monitoring, alerting, and reporting
- Conduct penetration testing and assist with security audits
- Apply SRE best practices to enhance system reliability and availability
- Automate processes and support system administration
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Kubernetes
- Hands-on skills with Azure or AWS, especially for CI/CD pipeline management
- Proficiency in Terraform or Ansible
- Experience using code repositories such as GitLab
- Knowledge of Postgres databases
- Familiarity with telemetry tools (New Relic, Dynatrace) for system monitoring
- Background in security practices, including NIST, SOC2, and penetration testing
- Strong troubleshooting, automation, and system administration abilities
- Solid understanding of SRE principles
