Position Summary
As a senior individual contributor on a team of six seasoned engineers, you will play a pivotal role in our startup. We are seeking a full-stack engineer with a robust backend focus, someone capable of designing clean, efficient systems and delivering customer-oriented features from conception to launch.
As an early team member, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of critical components of our product and influence our development practices. We are looking for an engineer who is passionate about engaging with customers and iterating until they express their gratitude personally.
Your immediate responsibilities will include:
Developing agents that proactively generate outreach content for sales representatives when market signals indicate new opportunities, such as emerging trade routes.
Collaborating with team members to enhance product functionalities based on user feedback.
