About Helion
Helion is a pioneering fusion power company located in Everett, WA, committed to constructing the world's first fusion power plant. Our mission is to provide an abundant supply of clean electricity for a sustainable future, ensuring reliable and affordable energy for all.
Since our inception in 2013, we have successfully secured over $1 billion in funding from notable investors including Sam Altman, Mithril, and Capricorn Investment Group, alongside new partners like SoftBank and Lightspeed. Our recent advancements with the Trenta prototype, which achieved 10,000 high-power pulses and plasma temperatures of 100 million degrees Celsius, have propelled us closer to operationalizing our next prototype, Polaris, on the journey to establishing the first fusion power facility.
This is an exciting moment to join Helion. You will confront significant challenges alongside a team that values urgency, rigor, ownership, and a steadfast commitment to transparency. Our shared goal is to revolutionize the energy landscape because the world cannot afford to wait.
