Atención de visitas• Manejo de llamadas y direccionamiento de visitas a las áreas correspondientes.2. Correspondencia• Recepción, registro y distribución de documentos.• Control de mensajería y paquetería.3. Soporte administrativo• Gestión de insumos y materiales de oficina.• Apoyo en la coordinación de pagos a proveedores.4. Cumplimiento• Aplicar políticas de confidencialidad.• Cumplir con protocolos de seguridad de visitantes.
