Qualifications
Required Qualifications:Minimum of 7 years of experience in developing enterprise-level web applications. Extensive expertise in front-end development, with a focus on React. Strong proficiency in the React ecosystem, including Redux and RTK. Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience with Ruby programming language. In-depth knowledge of modern web application architecture, effective API design patterns, and performance optimization. Familiarity with technologies such as WebSocket, WebRTC, Twilio, and video conferencing protocols is a plus. A proactive attitude towards ownership of processes and solutions. Exceptional problem-solving, organization, and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt strategies based on research and industry trends. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Preferred Qualifications:Experience in a regulated environment, particularly within healthcare (knowledge of HL7, EMRs). Familiarity with EHR and EMR platforms. Capability to mentor junior and mid-level engineers. Experience in developing and supporting mobile applications.
