About the Role:
As a Senior Solution Engineer - Federal, you will collaborate closely with our sales executives, acting as the primary technical authority throughout the sales process. Your consultative approach will be instrumental in driving the successful closure of new deals by delivering compelling technical presentations of AvePoint’s solutions and providing pre-sales support to both prospective and returning clients.
Your role will include serving as a critical technical resource throughout the sales cycle, requiring you to master the features and advantages of our software and services. This expertise will empower you to effectively educate clients, build consensus, and demonstrate the value of our solutions in addressing their SharePoint and Office 365 challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
- Present and demonstrate AvePoint’s solutions to both business and technical audiences.
- Conduct solution discovery, overview, and in-depth technical sessions with customers.
- Create customized environments to meet customer specifications as proof of concept during the sales process, showcasing product capabilities that align with client objectives.
- Contribute to the drafting of proposals in response to RFIs/RFPs, illustrating how AvePoint’s offerings address customer business challenges.
- Engage in regular collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure solution alignment with client needs.
