Role overview
The Senior Solution Manager – AI & Data Solutions will guide product strategy and oversee execution for projects involving AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI systems, and complex data migration. This position centers on delivering solutions that create measurable business results for enterprise clients.
What you will do
- Shape and drive product strategy for client engagements focused on AI and data transformation.
- Lead execution of projects that include AI system design, generative and agentic AI, and data migration.
- Translate broad business challenges into clear, actionable product roadmaps.
- Present AI architecture decisions to executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with ML engineers on prompt engineering and with data scientists on model integration.
Requirements
- Experience working with AI technologies and enterprise data transformation.
- Ability to move between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
- Skill in communicating technical decisions to C-suite leaders and technical teams alike.
- Comfort working with both high-level architecture and detailed implementation topics.
This role is open to candidates based in Serbia, Poland, or Romania.
