This pivotal role will deliver value to our clients through both pre-sales design and post-sales implementation. The responsibilities include:Collaborating with the sales team to create winning strategies for our clients.Executing essential pre-sales technical functions to develop system designs.Generating Bills of Materials (BoM), creating illustrations and diagrams, and providing Statements of Work (SoW).Communicating technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.Implementing systems designed during the post-sales phase.Producing documentation following implementation projects.Delivering proficient end-user systems administration training for CompuNet-installed solutions.Building strategic relationships with our key manufacturer partner SEs.Key Expectations:Listening to and addressing customer technical challenges and designing optimal solutions that align with business needs.Demonstrating the ability to communicate at a high level across multiple technologies.Maintaining existing certifications while pursuing new certifications.Participating actively in all team functions including calls, meetings, and events.Technologies Involved:Converged and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) solutionsStorage solutions including Block, File, and Object storage

The ideal candidate can be based anywhere within our expansive market area, which encompasses Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, Eastern Idaho, and Alaska.The Microsoft Senior Solutions Engineer will be tasked with designing, developing, and deploying impactful business solutions utilizing the latest Microsoft technologies, including Office 365, Exchange, Azure, Active Directory, and other related products and services.This role necessitates a blend of advanced Microsoft technology expertise, IT operations experience, and strategic business insight. The successful candidate will possess broad and deep technical knowledge and the capability to architect solutions that align client business needs with effective operational strategies, maximizing business value. As part of the CompuNet team, you will leverage your consulting experience to manage customer expectations and navigate the complexities of Microsoft’s cloud services alongside on-premise solutions that best fit their business.Strong communication skills and the ability to guide clients through intricate projects with multiple work streams and resources are essential.
