Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with Account Executives to identify customer needs, system environments, and integration specifications. Create clear and scalable solutions that fulfill business goals while ensuring technical feasibility. Present customized demonstrations that communicate Trustpilot’s value, adaptability, and return on investment. Assist in pilot programs to validate functionality, integration, and impact prior to contract signing. Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle, addressing technical inquiries and resolving obstacles. Coordinate closely with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to maintain solution integrity and ensure seamless handoff. Keep detailed documentation of proposed solutions and integration needs. Gather and analyze recurring customer feedback and insights to guide product development and roadmap prioritization. What We Expect:Fluency in Italian and English. Experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical advisory roles within a SaaS or technology context. Strong understanding of APIs, web integrations, data flows, and common SaaS architectures. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of translating technical concepts into business value. Customer-focused with a strong commercial awareness and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities concurrently.

Your contributions will connect technology to business outcomes, ensuring that every deal is commercially and technically robust.

This dynamic, customer-facing role requires a blend of technical acumen and commercial influence, with success measured by deal conversion rates, technical win rates, and the quality of transitions to implementation.
