JOB SUMMARY
Point B is on the lookout for a Senior Strategy Manager to guide clients in developing and implementing enterprise growth strategies across Product, Service, Marketing, and Sales domains. In this pivotal role, you will focus on crafting AI-enabled go-to-market (GTM) strategies, conducting capability assessments, and designing operational models that yield tangible commercial results.
Your collaboration with senior executives will involve transforming business strategies into practical transformation roadmaps, enhancing customer lifecycle capabilities including CRM, lead management, content management, marketing automation, and sales enablement. This position is centered around business strategy and transformation, highlighting growth architecture, product and service strategy, and organizational capability design, rather than technical execution.
As a Senior Strategy Manager, you will also play a crucial role in mentoring others in this area of expertise, directly engaging with clients, contributing to the expansion of a portfolio of business through thought leadership, solution architecture, and fostering new sales and relationships. This position is specifically tailored to the healthcare Payer industry, requiring a solid understanding of Payer-related challenges, opportunities, and business contexts.
