Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.- A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in systems implementation, particularly in UNIX, Windows, and Network Storage Solutions. At least 5 of those years should involve litigation support applications like Oracle, Relativity, or iPro.- Proven hands-on experience in designing, procuring, installing, and integrating complex systems.- Experience working with large, multifaceted systems that utilize various operating systems.- At least 1 year of experience managing litigation support applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Automated Litigation Support (ALS) solutions using COTS tools like Relativity, iPro, and CaseMap.
- Manage the ALS system infrastructure, including storage, compute, and network resources, utilizing both on-premise and AWS cloud environments.
- Ensure secure external access to ALS tools, overseeing identity and access management for stakeholders such as expert witnesses and government attorneys.
- Conduct system maintenance tasks, including backups, application updates, performance tuning, and system monitoring.
- Develop and update system diagrams, user guides, and administrative documentation, ensuring all materials are refreshed at least semi-annually.
- Provide weekly reports on system health, project completions, and future activities.
- Collaborate closely with IT leadership to support ALS applications and infrastructure.
