SENIOR TECHNICAL OPERATIONS ENGINEER, CUSTOMER SUCCESS (STARLINK)
As part of one of our most ambitious projects, the Starlink satellite constellation, we are committed to delivering reliable, high-speed internet access globally. SpaceX seeks a motivated and skilled operator who can help shape our customer experience and product strategy while bringing that vision to fruition. This role offers the opportunity to apply strong business acumen, technical expertise, and exceptional execution skills to redefine broadband access worldwide.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze and enhance core user metrics, including Net Promoter Score, Customer Contact Ratio, Cancellation Ratio, and Customer Satisfaction Score.
- Collaborate across departments to identify, prioritize, and resolve the root causes of poor user experiences, ensuring feedback mechanisms are in place to prevent recurrence.
- Develop, automate, or optimize processes for addressing both structural and emerging issues.
- Act as the product manager/project owner for feature launches and software automation initiatives.
