Role overview
The Senior Technical Producer - Marketing leads the delivery of complex digital projects, such as large-scale e-commerce platforms, marketing websites, and new product features. This position manages multiple engagements at once, rather than focusing on a single project. The role acts as a bridge between engineering teams, clients, and leadership, working closely with Technical Directors to ensure projects meet technical standards, stay on schedule, and remain within scope.
Key responsibilities
- Project leadership: Oversee the delivery of one or two large, complex projects, or manage two to three smaller technical workstreams simultaneously.
- Delivery ownership: Plan, execute, and ensure the quality of all technical deliverables, meeting both client expectations and Truelogic’s standards.
- Agile facilitation: Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions.
- Backlog management: Maintain and prioritize the project backlog to support smooth workflows.
