YOUR ROLE:
- Oversee recruitment for top-tier technical talent across all levels, particularly within Tech and Software Engineering roles.
- Forge strong collaborations with the talent acquisition team and hiring managers to refine recruiting strategies and enhance processes.
- Lead various recruiting initiatives to bolster team performance.
- Guarantee an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey.
- Collaborate with interviewers and hiring managers to define and improve interview processes and evaluation techniques.
- Utilize our Applicant Tracking System, Greenhouse (ATS), to efficiently manage candidate information and generate weekly/monthly recruitment reports.
- Adopt a data-driven approach to recruitment, analyzing metrics and insights to optimize sourcing processes and improve hiring outcomes.
