Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive double-digit growth by converting intricate aerospace cabling requirements into signed agreements across both new and existing accounts.
  • Map decision-making processes, gather customer insights, formulate strategic account plans, and successfully close multi-million dollar deals against established competitors.
  • Deliver compelling presentations on value propositions and product offerings to senior management, purchasing departments, and engineering teams.
  • Develop and execute a customer visitation strategy, transforming visits into business opportunities through proactive outreach, cold calling, and lead follow-up.
  • Provide comprehensive Pre- and Post-Sales visit reports based on Action Selling principles.
  • Generate and document sales forecasts for assigned clients.
  • Identify at-risk customers and implement retention strategies.
  • Gather competitive intelligence through sales engagements and industry insights.
