Key Responsibilities:Market and Internal Benchmarking: Conduct thorough market pricing, engage in annual salary surveys (such as Radford, Compa, Pave), and perform internal compensation reviews to create data-driven recommendations for compensation structures and specific roles. Advanced Compensation Analytics & Automation: Innovate compensation delivery by converting raw HRIS data into actionable insights through AI, automation, and advanced data visualization techniques. This includes creating executive-level dashboards to monitor critical metrics such as position in range, turnover rates, and promotion velocity. Data Integration & Reporting Infrastructure: Develop and maintain scalable datasets and dashboards (e.g., Workday, Sigma, Snowflake) to facilitate informed compensation decision-making. Integrate data across Compensation, Equity, and Payroll systems for a comprehensive view of pay outcomes while enhancing data quality and reporting efficiency. AI Transformation: Revolutionize workflows by centering AI in our operations, creating smarter systems and processes. This role requires a blend of analytical rigor with creative problem-solving skills.

Role Overview

The Senior Total Rewards Analyst serves as a key member of the Total Rewards team in Bangalore. This role focuses on translating complex data into practical insights that shape Toast’s compensation, rewards, and retention strategies. The analyst works closely with Compensation, Benefits, Finance, Equity Administration, and Payroll teams to keep compensation practices competitive and fair, always aligned with business goals.
