Your Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior User Researcher to join our dynamic team on a permanent basis. Your enthusiasm for understanding and advocating for users will be key in this role.
You should have substantial experience conducting user research for products and services in a public sector context, upholding high ethical standards and demonstrating familiarity with government service standards and principles.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborating with client product managers to develop targeted research strategies that yield actionable insights for product development.
- Working within a multidisciplinary team to incorporate colleagues in research and analysis processes.
- Championing user needs by effectively communicating their perspectives to inform the design of intuitive and accessible services.
- Aggregating, presenting, and validating conclusions from diverse and often incomplete data sets.
- Taking informed actions and making decisions amidst uncertainty.
- Evaluating data from various sources and recognizing when to enlist additional support from Methods.
- Identifying key issues within complex problems and clarifying stakeholder expectations to identify optimal solutions.
- Persuasively engaging with skeptical colleagues to foster understanding and alignment.
