ABOUT THIS ROLE

The Service Operations team is dedicated to developing strategies, processes, and initiatives that empower LVT’s Customer Experience teams to provide a world-class service experience. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Strategy & Operations, the Service Operations Analyst will act as the analytical and tactical powerhouse of the post-sales organization. This position harmonizes data analysis with practical process engineering to ensure that all post-sales teams function with data-driven efficiency and high-quality standards.

Note: This role requires registration with the state of Utah as an Alarm Agent, which involves a federal background check/fingerprinting and an application.
