Position Overview:
The Shift Supervisor plays a crucial role in leading the store team to deliver exceptional customer service, achieve operational objectives, and adhere to company policies. This position encompasses all functions of a Customer Service Representative while also supporting the Assistant Store Manager in daily store operations. When the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager are unavailable, the Shift Supervisor will oversee all team activities.
