Execute a variety of manual and administrative tasks associated with the preparation and dispatch of customer samples, components, and finished products primarily via trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
Maintain comprehensive records and documentation related to shipping activities.
Utilize hand tools and operate scales, metering machines, and hand trucks to efficiently move materials.
Key responsibilities include verifying shipments against shipping documents, packing goods per specifications, preparing bills of lading, recording weight and shipping costs, and attaching relevant shipping instructions to packages.
Occasionally assist with receiving tasks, including unpacking goods, verifying against packing slips, maintaining records of received items, and processing damaged or excess goods.
May require forklift operation on occasion.

Collaborating closely with the Workplace Managers and Specialists, you will undertake recurring tasks to maintain the entrance area and take on additional responsibilities.As part of visitor management, you will oversee the processing and booking of travel requests, as well as respond to, distribute, and manage incoming messages, mail, and calls from external sources. You will also handle postal services and basic office supplies.Being the first point of contact for external personnel, your role will involve participating in various processes across different departments, acting as an ambassador for our company while providing first-level support to numerous employees.Your Responsibilities:Act as the primary contact for employees and external visitors.Address baseline requests while delivering general services.Oversee visitor reception and coordination.Process incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently.Assist with project work, executing tasks under the guidance of the Workplace Manager.
