Qualifications
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and optimize comprehensive site layouts, focusing on grading, drainage, stormwater management, access roads, and utility corridors. Lead early-stage site selection processes, conduct feasibility studies, and carry out due diligence, addressing topography, geotechnical constraints, permitting requirements, and infrastructure access. Design and assess earthwork plans, balancing cut/fill strategies to minimize costs while enhancing constructability. Oversee the integration of site infrastructure systems, including roads, drainage, underground utilities, and connections to external infrastructures. Manage and coordinate external engineering firms, consultants, and contractors involved in civil and site development projects. Supervise the preparation of issued-for-construction (IFC) packages for site civil works. Collaborate with structural, process, mechanical, and electrical engineering teams to ensure a cohesive and efficient site design. Review and validate 3D models and design packages (Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks) for site and infrastructure systems.
