Qualifications

As a Tool and Die Maker 3, you will engage in the design and development of diverse tools to facilitate the manufacturing and assembly of Leupold & Stevens products. You will utilize specialized skills to independently analyze specifications, set up and operate various machine tools, fit and assemble parts, fabricate, maintain, and repair metalworking dies, cutting tools, jigs, fixtures, and gauges. In addition, you will troubleshoot problems, identify solutions, and take corrective actions while managing projects to ensure timelines are met. Set up and operate a full range of manual and CNC machine tools (lathe, milling machine, grinder) to design and build simple and complex tooling.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Compensation: Base Pay Rate Range of $40/hour - $45/hour (depending on experience)

Signing Bonuses Available: Starting at $3,000 (depending on experience)
