Assist teammates in ensuring code quality, operational excellence, and collective knowledge sharing. Interact directly with internal teams to support customer inquiries and help resolve challenges. Work collaboratively with product managers, stakeholders, and customers to identify pain points and promote the adoption of our tools. Actively participate in team refinement and strategy sessions to foster collaboration and mutual support.
