MealSuite develops technology for foodservice in healthcare and senior living. The team focuses on helping care providers deliver better dining experiences with less effort, aiming to improve patient and resident care through practical solutions.
This Solution Engineer role is based in Dallas, Texas, and reports to the Senior Director of Solutions Engineering. The position supports both direct and partner sales channels, acting as the technical connection between MealSuite’s products and customer needs. The work centers on guiding prospects and partners through the technical aspects of the sales process, ensuring they see the value in MealSuite’s technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives and partners to identify healthcare providers’ operational challenges and match them to MealSuite’s capabilities.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations that highlight the impact on patient care, either directly or by supporting partner presentations.
- Lead technical validation during proofs of concept, answering questions about data integration, compliance, and workflow automation.
- Support partner sales teams with technical training, demo guidance, solution setup, and ongoing presales assistance.
- Act as a subject matter expert throughout the sales cycle, sharing insights on food waste reduction, operational efficiency, POS and mobile ordering, and back-office management.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to share feedback from the market and partners, helping shape future SaaS offerings.
Requirements
- At least 3 years in a technical presales or consulting role, ideally in SaaS or healthcare technology.
- Experience working with reseller, referral, or strategic partners, with a track record of supporting their success.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and an understanding of healthcare workflows.
