What You Will Bring7+ years of experience in closing complex software sales. Experience in an innovative tech company, preferably in SaaS or IT infrastructure, selling unbudgeted software solutions. Proven ability to meet or exceed direct sales goals of over $1M, with an average deal size exceeding $250k. Expertise in developing new territories and executing strong territory plans to acquire new customers. Strong understanding of value selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDPIC, Force Management, Challenger). Recognition as a top performer, such as President’s Club or similar accolades. A systematic approach to pipeline generation. Capability to foster C-level relationships.

We are on the lookout for a passionate Solution Sales Executive with a proven track record in technology sales, capable of achieving ambitious revenue targets. As we broaden our presence with large enterprise clients, this position will play a vital role in driving our organizational growth. This is a unique opportunity to manage a dedicated set of accounts within your territory, allowing you to take charge of your personal achievements and outcomes. You'll primarily focus on large enterprise accounts, overseeing all aspects of revenue goals and objectives in your region.

  • Identify and sell to a defined portfolio of accounts within your designated region and industry.
  • Build a robust sales pipeline consistently, quarter after quarter.
  • Maintain high levels of forecasting accuracy.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of your customers’ businesses across your account base.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders in target accounts to facilitate referrals and opportunities.
  • Negotiate advantageous deals with large enterprises by emphasizing value and ROI.
  • Collaborate with existing clients to enhance adoption and expand within your assigned territory.
