Job Description
The Solution Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving the market success of Moveworks' AI-driven products, which are built on our leading Service Management platform. This platform acts as a cohesive source of truth, enabling seamless execution of enterprise processes with consistent information across the board.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute territory strategy to enhance vertical understanding and improve targeted account engagement.
- Collaborate with Account Executives during the account planning process, providing insights based on territory strategy and recommendations.
- Align territory strategies with Now Value principles to ensure effective account planning.
- Guide customers in visualizing the benefits of digital transformation and partner with the account team to craft comprehensive strategies.
- Collaborate with Specialist Consultants on the Capability Roadmap, ensuring feedback and alignment based on engagement model.
- Mentor Account Executives, Account Development Representatives, and Account Customer Engineers in identifying specialty solutions and managing the sales cycle effectively.
- Adapt responsibility allocation based on the specific needs of the territory and account team, celebrating successes along the way.
- Promote diversity and inclusion to foster an open and collaborative work environment.
