Role overview
The Solutions and Implementation Engineer serves as the technical lead for customer implementations, guiding projects from kickoff through to go-live. This position works closely with Product and Customer Success teams and acts as the main technical expert on Cytora’s products during onboarding and integration for clients.
Key responsibilities include advising customers on integration strategies, conducting technical assessments, and translating business needs into tailored solutions. The role requires clear communication with developers, architects, and business stakeholders. Familiarity with AI concepts is important, as explaining Cytora’s technology and staying engaged with ongoing advancements are central to the work.
What you will do
- Lead customer implementations: Oversee technical projects for new and existing clients, including API integration, workflow setup, and deployment to production.
- Design integration solutions: Assess client technology stacks, recommend integration patterns, and develop materials such as Miro workflows and implementation guides.
- Advise and architect solutions: Provide guidance on API integration, webhook use, error handling, schema design, and platform best practices. Adjust communication style for both technical and business audiences.
- Collaborate across teams: Act as a technical link between Customer Success, Sales, and Solutions Consultants to support clear communication and smooth project execution.
Requirements
- Experience leading technical projects or implementations, ideally in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Understanding of API integration, workflow design, and error handling.
- Familiarity with AI concepts and an interest in ongoing technology developments.
