About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Solutions Consultant to spearhead our Solutions Consulting and educational initiatives in our dynamic startup environment. This role is fast-paced and requires a blend of creativity and exceptional customer service skills. You will be responsible for crafting training strategies, developing engaging content, and driving product adoption and performance metrics. Your primary focus will be to design and implement a seamless onboarding process that enables our customers to quickly realize the value of our product, ultimately enhancing customer retention.

  • Design and implement a comprehensive training and education strategy that ensures customers achieve value from our product within their first 90 days.

  • Establish and refine the customer onboarding process, ensuring it is both seamless and efficient.

  • Create engaging and impactful training programs that will position Synthesia as a leader in the synthetic media sector, fostering devoted customer advocates and driving product success.

  • Produce written and video content for diverse platforms, including email and knowledge bases.

  • Determine success metrics and monitor engagement levels for product adoption.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Support, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Growth, Sales, and Product) to align priorities and enhance customer experiences.
