About the Role
We are an innovative AI infrastructure startup focused on empowering large-scale training and inference for pioneering labs, AI-native startups, and enterprises. We are on the lookout for a Solutions Engineer (SE) to spearhead technical discovery, conduct engaging demonstrations and proof of concepts (POCs), and collaborate with our Sales team to facilitate successful evaluations and growth across strategic accounts.
This pre-sales-oriented position is ideal for an individual who can translate customer requirements into clear technical validations, foster trust with both executives and engineers, and establish a consistent technical sales process across our technology stack (hardware and software).
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with Sales to evaluate opportunities, lead technical discovery sessions, and develop evaluation plans aligned with customer success metrics.
Craft and present captivating demonstrations of our complete technology stack, tailoring the messaging for both technical and executive audiences.
Manage the technical POC process: define scope, establish success metrics, plan architecture, set timelines, and align stakeholders; ensure smooth transitions into production.
Develop strong relationships with customer stakeholders, including engineering leaders, platform teams, and security/infrastructure personnel.
Convert technical requirements into solution designs that directly address customer needs.
