As a Solutions Engineer at TransPerfect, you will collaborate with our internal teams to design and implement enterprise-level solutions for our diverse international clientele utilizing the GlobalLink suite of products. This role serves as the primary technical liaison for clients, working closely with Solutions Architects and Developers to manage the technical implementation aspects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with the Solutions Architects team to gather and analyze client configuration requirements.
Develop comprehensive project plans detailing implementation steps, timelines, and risk assessments.
Ensure timely completion of implementation deadlines.
Coordinate the installation, setup, and upgrades of GlobalLink connectors with internal teams and client system integrators, verifying tasks based on client specifications.
Act as the main technical point of contact and escalation for both internal teams and external clients.
Support the support team in resolving client configuration issues.
Participate in the lifecycle management of GlobalLink products, collaborating with the Product Management team to report client technical issues and suggest new product features based on client interactions.
Assist clients with GlobalLink connector upgrades and serve as an ambassador for one or more GlobalLink products if interested.
Deploy, troubleshoot, and upgrade various GlobalLink products.
Create tailored reports for clients using MySQL.
Mentor new team members as necessary.
Prepare training materials and procedures to enhance team efficiency.
Conduct training sessions for clients as required.
Contribute to internal projects and complete additional tasks assigned by management.
