As a Solutions Engineer, you will guide organizations in various industries to revolutionize their business operations through solutions such as enhanced customer service, automated content creation, and groundbreaking applications leveraging our latest models.
About the Position
We are on the lookout for a skilled pre-sales Solutions Engineer to collaborate with our Digital Natives clientele. Your mission will be to ensure they derive substantial business value from our models via ChatGPT and the OpenAI API. You will engage with senior business stakeholders to assess their pre-sales requirements, steer their AI strategies, and pinpoint the most valuable use cases and applications. Working alongside business and technical teams, you will showcase the benefits of our solutions, propose architectural patterns, and facilitate the initiation of their implementation and development processes. Close collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Security, and Product teams will be essential.
This role is located in our Munich office, adopting a hybrid work model with three days in the office each week. We also provide relocation assistance for new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding pre-sales experiences for prospects and customers, offering technical guidance, articulating value propositions, and addressing inquiries related to products, APIs, and LLMs.
Illustrate how leveraging ChatGPT and the OpenAI API aligns with customers’ business objectives, delivering significant value through demo presentations, use case scoping, architectural recommendations, and comprehensive technical advisory.
Develop and maintain documentation, guides, and FAQs that address common inquiries and needs identified throughout the pre-sales journey.
Cultivate customer advocacy by representing their voice within internal teams, gathering feedback, recognizing trends across customers, and integrating insights into product development strategies.
Act as the primary resource for security and compliance inquiries, providing standardized materials, directing customers to relevant resources (e.g., trust portal), and escalating complex needs to the appropriate teams.
