Your Impact
We are on the lookout for a savvy Professional Services Manager to join our newly formed team, dedicated to supporting our expanding customer base with the implementation of Axon products primarily in the DACH region and occasionally across the broader EMEA area. Positioned at the intersection of sales and ongoing operational support, the Professional Services Manager will possess extensive technical knowledge, product implementation expertise, and a customer-centric mindset. Your ability to work collaboratively and adaptively in a fast-paced, sometimes uncertain environment will be key. You will gain in-depth knowledge of Axon's SaaS and device offerings, consultation, and deployment methodologies, partnering with Professional Services colleagues, sales, training, customer support, and product teams to ensure a seamless and successful implementation experience for our clients, fostering strong partnerships. Your contributions will have a direct impact on revenue-generating activities, and you will frequently juggle multiple high-priority, time-sensitive projects simultaneously. Moreover, as a regional subject matter expert, you will collaborate with your team to design and refine Professional Services processes related to consultation and implementation within the EMEA region, while also assisting on various deployment-related initiatives.
Your primary goal will be to exceed customer expectations by guiding them in implementing Axon's comprehensive solutions and products, ensuring quality and value are delivered promptly within their lifecycle, driven by a spirit that is Sharp, Adaptable, and Unstoppable.
