Centria Autism is seeking a Spanish-Speaking Behavior Technician in Portsmouth, Virginia. This position works hands-on with children on the autism spectrum, following individualized treatment plans that focus on building social, communication, and behavioral skills.

What You Will Do

Work directly with children, using treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
Support children in reaching their goals by reinforcing positive behaviors and teaching important life skills.
Communicate with children and families in Spanish to create a comfortable, supportive environment.
Collaborate closely with BCBAs and other team members to adapt and implement care strategies.
