THE ROLE

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

Front-office activities:

Customer service and sales: Manage check-ins and check-outs, register guests, process payments, explain campervan functionalities, terms and conditions, and upsell additional road trip services.

Back-office activities:

Operations handling: Coordinate reservations with available campervans, verify and prepare campervans and road trip extras.
Quality control: Ensure campervans are in excellent condition and address any maintenance or repair needs.
Support activities: Assist in monitoring stock, coordinating the campervan fleet, and resolving operational issues.
