Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement safety-critical software components for Archer’s flight control systems.
- Engage in project planning, design reviews, scheduling, prioritization, and tracking.
- Collaborate with systems engineers to translate item requirements into comprehensive software specifications in accordance with DO-178C standards.
- Work within a multidisciplinary team to develop and integrate a complex hardware/software flight control system.
- Develop software plans, processes, and guidelines.
- Conduct software requirements analysis, definition, and tracking.
- Lead design reviews and optimization studies for performance, risk, safety, operations, and costs.
- Perform software analysis, requirements-based testing, and coverage analysis.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of processes to enhance safety and efficiency.
- This position is remote-friendly throughout Brazil, with Archer Brazil's headquarters located in São Paulo.
