About the Role:
Join us in revolutionizing customer experience through Agentic AI. As a Staff or Principal Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in defining Parloa’s engineering vision and architecture while remaining deeply engaged with the code. This position focuses on creating robust, enterprise-level systems that can scale internationally, setting the standard for engineering excellence across Europe and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business success by coding daily.
- Establish and lead technical strategies across various domains and organization-wide initiatives.
- Guide cross-team architecture efforts to ensure solutions are scalable for enterprise usage.
- Balance immediate execution with long-term stability, making informed decisions on complexity, cost, and scalability.
- Stay hands-on, whether through foundational coding, leading design reviews, or refactoring critical systems.
- Act as a catalyst by mentoring Staff Engineers and shaping the careers of future Principal-level talent.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, aligning engineering capacity with market and customer needs.
- Establish cultural norms around fearless iteration, proactivity, and pragmatic excellence, design for the future, build for the present.
