As a Staff Solutions Engineer at Upbound, you will play a crucial role in our pre-sales team, supporting all pre-sales initiatives in North America across various segments. Upon identifying and qualifying leads, the Solutions Engineer collaborates directly with customers to comprehend the technical business challenges they aim to address. You will guide customers in navigating and understanding the value that Upbound’s products and solutions provide. By actively listening, Solutions Engineers establish credible technical relationships with our customers, effectively communicating the value proposition of our offerings tailored to their specific requirements.

Solutions Engineers possess deep knowledge of Upbound's product roadmap, intuitively recognizing when to promote upcoming features versus when to emphasize existing solutions based on the customer’s short and long-term vision. A comprehensive understanding of key technical and economic buyer personas is expected, along with the ability to strategize effectively to achieve successful outcomes.
