The Role
Nebius is seeking a dynamic and analytical individual to join our global startup team as a Community Manager , Systems & Experience. In this crucial position, you will oversee the technical framework, operational tools, and measurable founder journeys throughout our global startup ecosystem.
Your role will involve designing and optimizing the digital experience, guaranteeing seamless integration across all community platforms, and utilizing data to enhance engagement, retention, and progression. You will collaborate cross-functionally to standardize community operations, translating strategic program objectives into scalable and measurable system architectures, thus positioning Nebius as the preferred cloud partner for AI-native startups globally.
Remote work is welcome from the United States (West Coast preferred).
Your Responsibilities Include:
Online Community Platform & Experience
- Manage the Technical Roadmap for all startup community platforms, including the online founder portal, Slack, Discord, and third-party integrations (e.g., newsletter tools, event platforms).
- Develop and maintain the founder experience portal, including structuring, populating, and curating onboarding content, resources, playbooks, and educational materials as the central hub for founders.
