Overview:
We are excited to welcome one of our inaugural Strategic Account Managers, who will be responsible for nurturing and expanding Sereact's most crucial customer partnerships. Your role will focus on ensuring our clients derive significant value from our AI-driven robotic solutions, achieving measurable results, and identifying growth opportunities within the Fashion, General Merchandise, E-Grocery, and 3PL sectors.
This impactful position blends strategic account management with customer success and commercial development in a rapidly growing AI robotics firm.
Willingness to travel: up to 50%
Your Responsibilities:
Manage strategic customer relationships from onboarding to retention and expansion
Serve as a trusted advisor to operational and executive stakeholders
Facilitate value realization and ROI through effective account management
Pinpoint and secure opportunities for expansion (new sites, increased throughput, additional licenses), as well as renewals
Craft customized go-to-market and account growth strategies, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs)
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to translate customer needs into actionable roadmap inputs
Contribute to building the processes and playbooks for Customer Success at Sereact
Qualifications:
Education and Experience
Deep knowledge of intralogistics, automation, robotics, or industrial technology
Proven experience in managing and scaling enterprise or strategic accounts
Experience working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
Demonstrated ability to drive commercial growth and enhance customer outcomes
Strong technical affinity; engineering experience is a plus
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage
