Role Overview: Strategic Finance Manager
Workstream is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to help scale financial planning, reporting, and systems infrastructure. This role leads all FP&A operations and works to improve financial visibility across the company, supporting data-driven decisions at every level.
This position is based in the Bay Area and requires regular in-office work, at least four days per week, in San Francisco and/or Menlo Park.
What You Will Do
- Oversee financial planning and analysis (FP&A) operations
- Enhance reporting and financial systems to support growth
- Partner with the Controller, Accounting, and cross-functional leaders to develop scalable financial processes
- Use technology, including AI, to optimize financial operations and workflows
- Deliver actionable insights that improve operational and financial efficiency
