Structural Project Manager - Bridge
We are excited to expand our team by hiring a Structural Project Manager. This pivotal role involves managing challenging and complex projects with significant opportunities for career advancement. As a Structural Project Manager, you will lead project teams in the planning, design, and execution of transportation projects. The perfect candidate will demonstrate robust project management capabilities along with substantial experience in bridge design. You will engage with various infrastructure projects in collaboration with State DOTs, local agencies, and private clients. This role also provides a platform to mentor and develop emerging structural engineers.
Location
This position offers a hybrid work model, blending remote work with in-office responsibilities at our Chicago, IL office.
Our structural team in Illinois proudly spearheads high-impact projects showcasing our technical proficiency, including:
- IDOT – I-39 Reconstruction Project – Designing several new bridge structures along the revamped I-39 corridor, featuring the intricate Ramp BD over US 20 bridge – a three-span continuous steel curved plate girder structure supported by steel straddle bent piers.
- CDOT – 100th Street Bascule Bridge Rehabilitation Project – Crafting a detailed rehabilitation strategy for this historic structure, including a complete replacement of the truss structure spanning the river.
